Permission to be Angry

Women don’t often discuss anger, probably because it’s perceived as not being “lady-like.” The truth is many women have rage monsters laying behind the surface of “having it together.” Unlike men, we are raised without the permission to be angry. I have been told numerous times by various women in my life that anger is a useless emotion.
